Terms of Service
Last updated 21 June 2026
These terms govern your use of Wardrail (“the Service”), operated by Ghostables Ltd (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.
What the Service does
Wardrail connects to your source repositories with read-only access, runs a static security analysis, and lets you record a project “contract” and independent verdicts on whether your code honors it. We never write to your repositories and never execute your code.
Your account
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- You must have the right to connect any repository you add.
- You must be at least 16, or the age of digital consent in your country.
Your API keys (bring-your-own-key)
AI features run in your browser (or your CI) using your own model provider key, which is encrypted in your browser and never transmitted to us in usable form. You are responsible for your provider’s charges and terms. We do not charge for, meter, or have access to those calls.
Plans and billing
- The free tier is offered as-is. The Pro tier is billed in GBP, monthly or annually, via Stripe.
- Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it beyond what applicable law permits.
Disclaimer
Wardrail helps you find issues and judge changes; it is not a guarantee that your code is secure or correct. It is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
