The four findings are all LOW-severity undisclosed outbound network calls (three to api.anthropic.com, one to api.resend.com). None of these findings directly establish a violation of any guardrail: an outbound call to Anthropic does not, by itself, prove it was scheduled/background rather than user-initiated, nor does any finding reveal secrets in the payload, unvalidated model output, or stored card/bank data. Most guardrails concern changes/approvals, runtime command output, or code properties not visible in these findings, so they are not evaluable from this static evidence.
